Vegan French Toast + Gainz

This savoury breakfast will hit all your macro needs giving you the energy required for your busy day- and of course its vegan. Adding protein powder to your batter saves you from having to chug that shake in the morning!

What you'll need?
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread (Gluten free works too)
- 1 scoop of your favourite vegan protein powder (I use Vegan Pro by RawNutrition)
- 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 cup of plant milk
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Fruit (optional)
- Vegan butter (optional)
- Syrup (Optional)
- Coconut oil spray or other vegetable oil
Instructions
Toast bread
In a mixing bowl big enough for bread to be dipped, add milk, protein, cornstarch and spices of your choice.
Heat a large pan on low medium heat. Spray with oil
Dip toast in batter and let soak for a few seconds.
Lay bread on pan and cover for a few minutes - checking to ensure that the toast isn't sticking.
After 5 mins, flip toast and let sit for another 5-7 minutes covered
Top with butter and anything else your little heart desires.
