MY STORY
Being athletic and in shape was always something that came naturally to me growing up. I played any sport you could imagine and in University I competed on one of the top track teams in Canada. Staying in shape post university on the other hand, has not come easy to me. Now I make it my priority to show every day people how to stay in shape and eat healthy.
Going Plant-Based was an ethical decision I made a couple years ago and it is my pleasure to show the world that being healthy and fit does not require animal products. Let me show you!
